 Today my ping was from 75-100 for some reason.

The only thing I can think of is I detached the cable that I sometimes have running to the xbox360. It was plugged into the router but not the console. Do you think thats whats been the problem all along??

So I might be playing a bit more often now my ping is solved. Fingers crossed.

 only a loose cable shouldnt matter for your ping.

Did u check your mac for virusses and malware?

Yep no virus etc.
No other progs running.

And yesterday/today my ping is huge again. Oh well.
